Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Customers are responsible for entering their correct address for shipping--Sweet Baby Lily Soaps will not be responsible for errors in shipping addresses that are provided by the customer.
- All products on this site are recipes that are proprietary of the owner of Sweet Baby Lily Soaps--any duplication of our products, pictures, web site, verbiage, etc. will be subject to legal action.
- Customers will be blocked and disabled if any use of hate speech, bullying, promoting other sites or products, spam, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Sweet Baby Lily Soaps.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns are allowed: buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
- State of return: Original Condition Only
- Reason for return: Damaged or Wrong Product
- Process for return: Contact Sweet Baby Lily Soaps directly
- Refunds will only be granted when a product is received back unopened and in original condition
